UPPER-DECK and LOWER-DECK CABINS on the boat. On our private dahabiya BOAT there are 8 upper-deck cabins (2 with a Large Bed) and 6 lower-deck cabins (2 with a Large Bed).

There is a different price for the upper-deck cabins.
These upper-deck cabins (both with and without Large Bed) will be allotted in the order that payments are made IN FULL for the tour. See pricing below.
All 14 cabins have the same L-shaped layout with a sitting area. This sitting area has a balcony-type DOOR in the upper-deck cabins and a WINDOW in the lower-deck cabins. All cabins have additional windows, and all windows open. There are 4 cabins that have a Large Bed (2 cabins on the upper deck and 2 cabins on the lower deck). The other cabins all have 2 Twin Beds each. All travelers, please specify if you would like 1 Large Bed or 2 Twin Beds.

REFUNDS

You are encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance to protect you from losses.

Cancellations by Travelers. Refunds are as follows:

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 120 or more days before the tour begins we will return to you all monies received by us from you minus a $250 nonrefundable registration fee per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 90-119 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $1,000 US per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 43-89 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $2,000 US per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 22-42 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $4,000 US per person.

If you cancel 21 days or less before the tour begins there will not be any reimbursement by us to you. Travel insurance is available to prevent such losses.

Cancellations of tours by All One World:

In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, you will receive a refund of all fees paid to us. Refunds will be made in the same form as the payments made – credit card payments by credit card refund, checks by check.
