I understand the statements therein and agree to those policies. 2) Payment of my deposit and completion of this Registration Form obligates me to pay for this tour or, upon my written cancellation, to receive the refunds as stated in the Payments & Refund Policy. 3) I am in basically good physical health. I am aware that if I am to participate fully in the tour activities there will be a fair amount of walking, hiking over uneven ground, climbing stairs and other such activities. I also know that I can opt out of any activities which will be too strenuous for me. I take full responsibility for taking things at a pace which suits me. 4) I understand that the tour group does not include medical personnel or services and that Ruth Shilling and/or All One World are not responsible if I have a health crisis during the tour. 5) Ruth Shilling and/or All One World are not responsible if I do anything illegal or possess anything illegal while in Egypt.

PAYMENTS and REFUND POLICY

You are encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance to protect you from losses. 

Cancellations by Travelers. Refunds are as follows:

All cancelations must be made in writing and received by us by the following dates.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 120 or more days before the tour begins we will return to you all monies received by us from you minus a $500 nonrefundable registration fee per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 90-119 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $1,000 US per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 43-89 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $2,000 US per person.

If we receive a notice of cancellation from you 32-42 days before the tour begins we will return all monies received by us from you minus $4,000 US per person.

If you cancel 31 days or less before the tour begins there will not be any reimbursement by us to you. Travel insurance is available to prevent such losses.

Your payment of the $1,000 deposit constitutes an agreement to pay the remainder of the tour cost before the payment due date of October 4, 2024. Deposits are usually made by credit card but can also be paid by check (made payable to ALL ONE WORLD). The tour balance is to be paid by check (made payable to: ALL ONE WORLD). If the balance payment is made by credit card, a credit card fee of 3.5% will be added to the final cost. 

Cancellations of Tours by All One World:   

In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, you will receive a refund of all fees paid to us. Refunds are made in the same form as the payments made – credit card payments by credit card refund, checks by check.
